By creating a NewNews account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use NewNews.

The service

NewNews delivers AI-generated morning briefings to self-directed investors. During limited-time free-access periods, all available features may be included at no charge. When paid plans are offered, we may change the features included in each tier with reasonable notice.

Briefings are generated by Claude (Anthropic). They are informational only and are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. We curate sources we believe are reputable, but we do not guarantee accuracy. Use your own judgement — and consult a qualified professional where appropriate — before acting on or publishing anything based on a briefing.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital age-of-consent in your country). One person per account; don't share your login.

Payments & trials

When paid plans are available, they are billed via Stripe and the current price and trial terms are shown before checkout. Cancel anytime from the billing page — you keep paid access through the end of the current billing period.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Use the service to harass, harm, or defame anyone.
• Scrape or republish briefings as your own.
• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Intellectual property

NewNews owns the service, brand, and design. Your briefings are generated for your personal use as an investor; you may quote and reference them in your own research notes or communications. We retain ownership of the underlying templates and synthesis methodology.

Source links in your briefings point to third-party content. We don't own that content; the linked publishers do.

Disclaimers

NewNews is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI output, or that the service will meet your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewNews's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, which we don't take away.

Changes

If we make material changes to these terms we'll email you and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
